Hawaii Holiday

As neither of us had ever been to Maui, Hawaii we
pinned our world map and planned a holiday trip.  Using
trusty AirBnB we landed a nice cottage in Kihei.  This
area turned out to be ideal for both the sun and reaching
pristine beach scapes along the South stretch of the
island.  Classic to any hawaiin vacation, we snorkeled
with sea turtles, enjoyed the waves, and watched sunsets.
Our rental car, a Dodge Dart, which turned out to be
a fitting name, let us explore other regions of the
island.  Some of the places included Lahaina, Hana,
and Wailea.  Although it was the wet season we were
lucky to find plenty of sun in the pocket of the island
we stayed, and learned to never order a fruit bowl on
the beach.  Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Happy New Year!
